The Farm House

The Farm House comprises four bedrooms, (one with en suite bathroom), two of these are reached by stairs from the dining room, one via a second staircase close to the ground floor twin, family shower with separate WC (both ground floor), through kitchen-diner with feature welsh dresser, cosy TV room and large lounge with original slate floor, inglenook fireplace and wood stove. External utility/laundry room has space for secure storage of bikes.

The 300 year-old house has been fully modernised whilst retaining original features such as beams, floors and fireplaces. Facilities: Furnished sympathetically in keeping with this original style, and to very high standards, facilities include under floor heating in all ground floor rooms, central heating to upper rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, Sky TV, DVD and garden furniture.

A pond and small stream in the garden means small children should be supervised when outside. Bedlinen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included, with an initial supply of logs.
