CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation on your part:
In the unlikely event of cancellation on your part, HAFOD FARM WEDDINGS regret that all accommodation payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of Cancellation Insurance for Weddings.

Transfer of your booking:
All accommodation bookings are transferable. Please contact us directly if you would like to transfer the reservation name to an alternative name.

Cancellation of the wedding due to COVID-19 restrictions:
In the event that HAFOD FARM WEDDINGS are forced to cancel your booking due to a COVID-19 related local or national lockdown, all payments will be returned.

Cancellation of the wedding due to other circumstances beyond our control:
HAFOD FARM WEDDINGS reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of any damage or destruction of the venue by fire or any other cause beyond our control, which would prevent us from fulfilling our obligation in connection with your booking. If this unfortunate situation was to occur, all payments will be returned.
