OURPRICES

Weddings are held over two days at Hafod Farm, arriving the day before and departing the day after your wedding. We hold both weekend and midweek weddings all year round as follows:

Weekend Saturday weddings: arrive Friday, depart Sunday.
Midweek Wednesday weddings: arrive Tuesday, depart Thursday.

The basic cost of a wedding package is paid in 3 instalments and includes:

  • A 2-day wedding package, with check-in the day before and departure the day after your wedding (for Saturday weddings: arrive Friday, depart Sunday; for Wednesday weddings: arrive Tuesday, depart Thursday).
  • Full use of our two beautiful barns — the ‘Tall Barn’ for your ceremony and the ‘New Barn’ for your reception.
  • Two nights’ accommodation in our honeymoon suite, the Cart Barn, which sleeps up to 4 people.
  • Access to our picturesque grounds, toilet facilities, catering kitchen, and on-site parking for your guests.
  • Dedicated support from our Wedding Planner, who will be your main point person for our venue from 6-months prior to your wedding date. Their role is to assist you in the lead-up to your wedding to ensure the smooth running of your planning process.
  • On the day of your wedding itself, a senior member of our Wedding Team will coordinate your day on behalf of our venue. The focus of their role is logistics and execution, to ensure your wedding progresses according to plan.
  • A fully licensed and staffed bar for the day and night of your wedding.

The only thing that you have to source for yourselves is your caterers and entertainment.
And of course dress our beautiful venue in your own unique style.

Prices for our standard package for 2025 through to 2027 are as follows:

12-month instalment: £1,140 to £3,700
6 month instalment: £1,200

2027

£5,520 to £6,900

12-month instalment: £2,820 to £4,200
6 month instalment: £1,200

Guest Accommodation

We have on-site accommodation for up to 28 guests in 4 cottages and a cabin, plus seasonal glamping tents which sleep up to 8 people.
All of which can be hired out at the following rates for 2-night stays:

Farmhouse (sleeps 8 people): £560 for 2-nights.
Stables (sleeps up to 6 people): £500 for 2-nights.
Shippon (sleeps up to 6 people): £500 for 2-nights.
Dairy (sleeps up to 4 people): £310 for 2-nights.
Wood Cabin (sleeps up to 4 people): £310 for 2-nights.
Glamping tents (4 tents, each sleep 2 people): £280 for 2-nights (seasonal availability).

Prices above are for accommodation bookings for 2025 weddings. Please note prices will rise year-on-year with inflation.

Couples are welcome to allocate the above accommodation for their families and friends so they can have them on-site for the duration of their wedding.
Extras that can be booked include welcome drinks and corkage; hire of crockery, cutlery and linens; hire of entertainment such as table tennis and foosball.
