REQUEST A CAMPING PITCH
As a guest of a Hafod Farm wedding, you can request a camping pitch for a tent, caravan or campervan from 1st May through to 30th September inclusive* annually using 3 simple steps.
For our 2025 season the camping cost is £12.50 per person per night, and £6.30 for an electric hook-up per night. Our campsite has a water supply, shower and toilet block and an Elsan point for chemical waste.

Please note:
Our campsite is only open from 1st May through to 30th September annually. We regret that check-in selected outside of these dates will not be accepted.
Access to the camping field has a narrow gateway that is 9 feet (2.7 meters) wide so we can only accommodate vehicles 2.5m wide or less. All bookings and prices are for a 1 or 2-night stay, arriving the day before or the day of the wedding and leaving the day after.
Check-in days are Tuesday or Wednesday for a Wednesday wedding and Friday or Saturday for a Saturday wedding.
Step 1
First, fill in the following form with your check-in date (which will be the day prior to the wedding or the day of the wedding), the duration of your stay (1 or 2 nights), the number of people in your booking and whether you would like electrical hook-up or not. Our check-in time is 12pm and check-out time is 11am.
Step 2
We will then check all your details and generate an invoice which will be sent to the email address provided with your booking request.
Step 3
Payment is on receipt of your invoice. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received by us. Upon payment we will issue an invoice receipt which will contain details of your booking including: your camping pitch number, our on-site policies and a map of how to find us.
