COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

Only one entry per couple is permitted.

Employees of Hafod Farm, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must leave a genuine review of their Hafod Farm wedding experience on our official Facebook or Google review pages.

Entries are valid only once a review has been successfully posted during the eligible time frame.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway runs annually. All entries received between January 1st and December 31 of each calendar year will be included in that year’s draw.

Entries outside of this period may be rolled into the next draw or deemed ineligible at Hafod Farm’s discretion.

4. Prizes

One (1) entrant will win a two-night romantic stay for 2 in the Cart Barn at Hafod Farm

The stay must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

One (1) entrant will win a hamper of Nathalie Bond x Hafod Farm products. The contents of the hamper are at the discretion of Hafod Farm Weddings Ltd.

All prizes is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and contacted via Facebook or email.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The name(s) of the winner/winning couple may be announced on Hafod Farm’s social media platforms and website.

6. Use of Data

By entering, participants agree that their review and name(s) may be used for promotional purposes by Hafod Farm.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. General Conditions

Hafod Farm reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice, for any reason beyond its control.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
