LEFT ITEMS AND PROPERTY POLICY

We understand that items can occasionally be left behind following a wedding or event, and we will always do our best to assist in their safe return.

Any items found on site will be placed in a secure location. While we take care in handling lost property, we cannot guarantee the condition or availability of items left on the premises, and responsibility ultimately remains with the owner.

We are happy to return small items by post where possible. Items that can be sent as a standard letter or small parcel may be posted upon request, with postage costs covered by the recipient.

For larger items, collection from the venue will be required. This must be arranged in advance at a mutually convenient time with our coordination team.

We will retain lost property for a period of 21 days from the date it is found. After this time, items may be disposed of or donated, and we cannot guarantee their availability beyond this period.

We strongly recommend arranging collection or postage as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
